Last month DCMS published the Covenant Framework to catalyse a wider conversation across civil society and government to reset the relationship with civil society and build a new partnership. DCMS is working with NCVO and ACEVO with the goal of creating lasting and positive change for charities. They are asking for feedback on the Covenant Framework by Thursday 12 December.
