Young LGBTQI+ is formed of representatives from local LGBT youth groups, as well as unattached young people (where there is no local group to access). They plan activities, workshops and events together, working towards PRIDE, with the aim to ensure that young LGBTQI+ have a community.    The group have a particular interest in addressing Hate Crime experienced by young LGBTQI+ people, who seldom report such incidents.

This is a pocket guide for young people and anyone who would like to learn more about LGBTQ+ topics and support. Including flags, What Pride is all about, Coming Out, Advice from young people for young people, Titles and pronouns, How to keep themselves safe and Free support services. Put together by LGBTQ+ Reps on the Doncaster Youth Council.
