The NYA is conducting this research to better understand the impact of the Apprenticeship scheme. This evaluation aims to assess how effective the current national approach is in supporting individuals working in the youth sector or those aspiring to become youth workers. The findings from this research will be put into an evaluation report exploring what constitutes a high-quality Apprenticeship offer.
