We would like to invite you to our April CoP meeting – Tuesday 28th April 1pm – 2.30pm

Caleb Jackson, Head of change for youth sector at Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) will be joining us.

YEF work with 7 key sectors (Youth, Family Support, Youth Justice, Neighbourhood, Therapies, Education, Policing). In the youth sector focus, Caleb leads work with youth commissioners, local cabinet leaders who are portfolio holders for children, housing associations, and national funders (supporting YEF policy colleagues to work with government departments such as DCMS, DLUCH and DfE regarding youth work systems).

Caleb will be sharing:

An overview of what YEF know to date through their current work on the youth sector guidance (prioritising positive activities and trusted adults). Giving an insight to what the YWF will be developing for delivery organisations and system leaders.

A brief presentation on the YEF toolkit focused on the Youth sector evidence : The YEF Toolkit is established as a de facto summary of the current available evidence to reduce youth violence. There are 34 different approaches and attendees will get insight to this evidence.
