Bradford Council aims to ensure that young people can access a range of activities that take place in safe spaces, where young people can develop a sense of belonging, socialise with their peers and develop relationships with adults they can trust. We recognise that with the right supportive relationships, strong ambitions and good opportunities all young people can realise their potential and be positive and active members of society.  Young people are able to access youth provision in each of Bradford’s constituencies with the Youth Service providing around 90 sessions each week. There is a strong focus on open access youth provision that enables all young people to participate in activities that support their health and well being. Bradford Council is seeking to appoint a Youth Support Worker who will support on the delivery of the Youth Offer as part of an area team, working multiple evenings each week.

Please note that post-holders will be required to work between the hours of 5pm – 9pm multiple evenings each week and some weekends.
