CASTare delighted to be partnering with The National Lottery Community Fund and UK Community Foundations on a new £3m initiative designed to help communities across the UK shape the future of AI. The programme consists of two main strands: an AI Pulse Network, designed to help community organisations track, understand and report on the real-world impacts of AI – and a Community Powered AI initiative, bringing communities and technologists together to co-design AI tools grounded in genuine local need – with more than £2m in grants available for 50 grassroots organisations. The programme is currently in its set-up phase, with delivery expected to begin in late 2026. We’ll share more information in this newsletter over the coming months;
