The Youth Sector Practice Guidance, was launched in Spring 2026 with 8 evidence based recommendations that can reduce youth violence. Youth provision plays a critical role in helping children to feel safe, connected and supported. The guidance draws on the voices of more than 11,000 young people (alongside youth workers, academics and senior leaders across England and Wales).
The session will enhance local efforts when preparing to respond to the 507B and serious violence duties.
