The Government has accepted most recommendations, including better local oversight and data sharing on NEETs, and developing Risk of NEET Indicator (RONI) tools

This follows Milburn’s interim report, an expanded Youth Guarantee, new V Levels, and Burnham’s technical education options and apprenticeship bursary for 14 year olds

The Committee is disappointed the Government rejected expanding the eight existing youth trailblazers into wider social mobility pilots, and declined to raise the £25,000 income threshold for maximum university maintenance loans
