Almost 100,000 young people fear they will never work or pursue further training and education, a new survey has found.
The findings have emerged as the latest study into Britain’s youth worklessness crisis, which has led to 981,000 young people not in employment, education or training (Neet).
Polling carried out by YouGov found that 11pc of workless 16 to 24-year-olds believed they would be classed as a Neet forever.
