CEOP Education has published guidance for professionals working with children and young people on recognising and responding to online harm groups, also known as Com groups. These networks use grooming, coercion, manipulation and blackmail to exploit and harm others. The guidance helps practitioners identify potential warning signs, respond to safeguarding concerns and strengthen preventative conversations with young people and their families.
