South Yorkshire Mayor’s Youth Impact Fund, a new initiative created to support talented and ambitious young people aged 11-19 across South Yorkshire who may face financial barriers to achieving their potential.
Developed in partnership with the South Yorkshire Community Foundation and The King’s Trust, the fund aims to help exceptional young people take the next step towards their goals, whether that’s in sport, the arts, engineering, technology, music, or another area of talent and aspiration.
Successful applicants may be awarded grants ranging from £2,000 to £10,000 to help them access opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. Young people can either apply directly or be nominated. Funding awards will be determined through an independent grants panel.
This is an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation of South Yorkshire talent, and we’d be grateful if you could share details of the fund through your networks and with any young people who may benefit.
