Recent weeks have highlighted a lot of challenges that we simply can’t ignore. From anti-immigration protests and attacks on mosques, to growing concerns about antisemitism in schools, rising racial and religious hate crime, and the recent resignation of a Black priest following racist abuse – the past month has brought further reminders of the divisive rhetoric affecting communities across the UK.
Against this backdrop, we’re inviting you to join our next Standing Together in Solidarity session on Friday 13th November between 10-11.30am for an open and reflective conversation.
Together, we’ll explore how these events and wider tensions are playing out in our communities, what we’re seeing and hearing from young people, and how they might be influencing our own practice.
This is a space to share experiences, hear different perspectives, support one another and reflect on the challenges we’re navigating across the youth sector.
