The Essential Employment Skills Fund (EESF), run by the Nuffield Foundation, offers grants of up to £500,000 to build evidence on how best to help young people aged 16–24 facing significant barriers to work develop essential employment skills and access good jobs. Funding is available for projects that evaluate UK frontline programmes, share learning across the sector and support the wider adoption of effective practice. Most grants are expected to range from £200,000 to £400,000. Deadline is Thursday 10 December.
