The campaign launched with The London Standard’s print edition and podcast highlights Gina’s inspiring story. Once serving in HMP Holloway, she turned her life around with King’s Trust’s help. Now, she hires others needing a second chance.

To kickstart the campaign, The Standard’s Dispossessed Fund has pledged £500,000 to the campaign. Half will fund King’s Trust programmes in London, while the other half will fund other grassroots projects across the capital.

“We want to help catch those young people who are leaving education without a destination and help them build the skills and confidence to transform their lives”, said The Standard’s campaigns editor David Cohen
