The Community Wealth Fund will give £175 million to communities living in disadvantaged areas across England.

This funding aims to:

  • make local services and facilities better in communities that are struggling and do not have many resources
  • help local people decide what’s best for their area and work together to make change
  • reduce inequality and bring communities closer together

To do this, we’re looking for organisations who will support local people to decide how to spend the money and make change in their area.

You need to be well connected to the area. And understand its people and their needs.

We’ll fund one organisation in each area

We’ll open to different areas at different times.

There will be 3 rounds and 60 areas in total.

How much money each area will get

Each area will receive £2.55 million to be spent over 10 years.
