Destination is an information & opportunities web app for young people created by Youth Social.

All the content on Destination has been co-produced by young people, experts and Youth Social. It is designed to reduce life-equalities for teens and young adults by increasing their knowledge & access to opportunities.

Whether it’s a reel, a podcast or a listing – it has been sourced and produced by our team of creative volunteers. If you’d like to get involved see the Destination Content Creator listing in the Volunteering section.

There is new content being added regularly and sourcing new beneficial activities so keep coming back and seeing what’s new. New content will appear in the ‘Just dropped’ section, but you can also find new and updated content in all the sections.  Youth Social also send out a weekly ‘What The Friday news drop’ that gives you the inside knowledge on new content that you can take advantage of.

Youth Social are one of the organisations funded through our Communities Innovating Yorkshire (CIY) Fund and will be exploring the development of content with young people from minoritised groups, how peer-produced content encourages other young people to engage in arts and culture, and whether this model can become sustainable enterprise providing paid employment opportunities.
