Survey to help us understand what children and young people would like from a digital emotional wellbeing support service.
The NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board have developed a survey to help us understand what children and young people would like from a digital emotional wellbeing support service.
The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete. The deadline for completed surveys is midnight on Sunday 8th December 2024.
Who is the survey aimed at? We would like to hear from children and young people who live in Kirklees, Calderdale, Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford who have used a digital platform to help with their emotional wellbeing.
What do we mean by digital emotional wellbeing? The impact of technologies and digital services to help you feel safe, happy and being able to manage challenges.
What is the purpose of this survey? We will use the findings from this survey to help us improve health and care services in West Yorkshire.
Is the survey confidential? This is an anonymous survey. Some of the responses are free text but please do not include anything that might identify you or another person such as names, addresses or your mobile phone, email address or the details of your social media presence. The survey does not ask you to tell us your name or provide any contact details. You will not be identifiable from the information you provide.
