We are excited to invite you to Authoring Our Own Stories – a youth-led creative exhibition showcasing the talent, creativity, ideas and lived experiences of young people across Barnsley.

The exhibition is open to the public on:

Over the past year, young people have been sharing their experiences and exploring the things that matter to them – from education and employment to community, identity and their hopes for the future.

Now, they are bringing their stories to life through poetry, art and creative expression and inviting you to come and experience them for yourself.

🌟 Come and hear their voices.
🎨 See the world through their eyes.
💬 Discover the issues that matter to them.
✨ Celebrate their creativity and ideas.

The exhibition will be open to visitors during the October half-term.

Whether you’re a young person, parent, professional, community member or someone who cares about the future of Barnsley, we’d love you to come along, explore the exhibition and support the young people who have made it happen.
