This new e-learning course from Power the Fight supports practitioners, organisations and leaders to strengthen culturally sensitive and inclusive practice. The course encourages professionals to examine current EDI approaches, understand the lived experiences of Black and Brown minority cultures, and take practical steps towards safer and more equitable services. The course includes approximately 20 minutes of video content, interactive quizzes, reflective prompts and flexible self-paced learning.
