Are you gearing up for October half term holiday club or HAF schemes and seeking exciting, fresh ready-to-use session content to motivate your young people?
Introducing NatWest Thrive Online – a new digital learning resource designed for youth workers to help young people develop their financial wellbeing and define their values and vision for success. Each session includes interactive videos and is packed with activities, games and worksheets aimed at empowering young people to develop essential money know-how and build their confidence.
We’ve developed NatWest Thrive in partnership with NatWest Group and Marcus Rashford to grow young people’s goal-setting skills and get them into good money habits. Last year NatWest Thrive was delivered to over 2,000 young people, with 80% reporting they felt they had new skills to help them build their future.
What is NatWest Thrive Online?
NatWest Thrive Online is a toolkit for youth workers, aimed at 10 -18-year-olds and provides:
- Six Session Plans: Ready-to-use plans that cover key topics like enterprise, employability skills, and money management.
- Videos and Digital Resources: engaging and informative content to support each session.
- Printable Resources: Downloadable materials to enhance learning and interaction.
The sessions last between 20 minutes and 45 minutes, so you can fit a few into a day, or sprinkle them in amongst other youth work sessions over a week or two: Created with flexibility in mind, you can pick and mix from the topics available to suit your young people’s needs.
Unlock Rewards: £150 Amazon Voucher to Treat Your Young People
The first 140 clubs to deliver the sessions and provide us with feedback will be eligible to claim a £150 Amazon voucher to spend on resources to help make the sessions more engaging, or for prizes for young people for taking part. A Cash Alternative is available too, so you could always treat the young people to a pizza party for taking part. This early bird offer is on a first come, first served basis, and only applies to clubs who have delivered a minimum of three (or more) sessions.
