Following a successful recruitment drive last year with Lloyds Banking Group via Project Hope, we are pleased to announce the launch of a further bespoke offer for our care experienced young people between the ages of 18-25 who live in West Yorkshire.
For 2025, Lloyds Banking Group are offering a maximum of a potential 12 full time permanent Customer Support roles within their teams in Leeds and Halifax in collaboration with Project Hope.
As these are permanent jobs there will be an assessment process required to be met as part of this. This assessment process has been tailored to be as supportive as possible.
We have attached HOPE_CandidateMaterial_2025 a guide which sets out further information on the roles, application and internal vetting process and the key skills Lloyds are looking for, these key skills are:

- Empathy and Compassion
- Passion for Digital and Tech
- Personal Ownership
- Desire to learn/ Growth Mindset
