Please find a link below to the South Accommodation Road consultation which launched recently.  Residents, businesses and visitors to the area are encouraged to view the plans and have their say on the proposals.  We are particularly keen to hear views from younger people if you are able to cascade this information?

South Accommodation Road is a key route into Leeds city centre, but during busy periods, buses can take up to 20 minutes to travel 500 metres. This results in unreliable journey times and congestion that affects all road users. The proposals are designed to tackle these delays and improve the overall reliability of the route for all road users.

We will also be holding a public drop-in event at the Hunslet Community Hub and Library (Waterloo Road, Hunslet, LS10 2NS) from 1.30 – 6.30pm on Weds 1 Oct 2025 where you can speak to the project team and learn more about our proposals.
