WHAT IS THE CLIMATE FUND?
Save the Children will be supporting 12 organisations with grants of between
£1,000 to £3,500 to undertake events and activities that look to raise awareness and tackle the climate crisis.
Applications will open on the 10 of November, and the activities will take place next summer.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Young people Aged 12 -18
Live in the UK. We particularly encourage you to apply if you live in London, West Yorkshire or the West Midlands as this is where the grants are awarded.

WHAT WE’LL ASK OF YOU
Attend 3/4 virtual workshops between October to September to help us shape the project and decide the criteria, review applications and play a part in the final selection of the successful grantees.
A chance to be involved in the programme through attending workshops, supporting grantee organisations and attending events.

Optionally contribute to Save the Children’s wider climate advocacy work throughout the year.

If you are interested in being part of the Board, please email Alfie at the YouthClimateFund@savethechildren.org.uk, with a short sentence of why you’re interested.

Please apply by the Monday the 19th of October.

and an interest to learn and work alongside others
