Young Women’s Trust are looking to hear from young woman aged 18-30 or person of marginalised gender, to share their experience and take part in research to help find solutions to fixing the broken career ladder for young women. They will be asking participants to either sign up to be interviewed by a peer researcher or take part in online group discussions.
