We want to hear your thoughts, opinions, and experiences over the past 12 months.

We’ll ask about education, work, training, and everyday life. It gives you the opportunity to tell us what’s going well, what challenges you’re facing, and what could be improved. Whatever you think, this is your chance to share it – and it’s all anonymous.

The survey is designed to adapt to you. It’ll only show you questions that are relevant to what you’re doing right now. For example, we might ask:

• how you would rate your local transport
• how confident you feel in your skills
• whether you face any barriers to work
• if there are quality opportunities available near you
• what careers advice and support you’ve received
• what’s great (or isn’t great) about being in work right now
