The Care to Go Higher online course has been designed by Go Higher West Yorkshire with the National Youth Agency to promote access to Higher Education for young people leaving the care system. Delivered over 2- hour sessions, the courses include learning activities, guest speakers and all the resources needed to embed knowledge of the interaction of care-experience and Higher Education. The course is targeted specifically at practitioners working with care-experienced young people or looked after children. 

We are able to offer 25 youth practitioners a place on this course, free of charge.

The 25 participants will need to commit to attending six 2-hour sessions on six successive Monday mornings throughout June and July 2024. Please see the schedule below:
