their second annual Gateways Into Heritage event in York.

What is it?

An engaging day hosted by English Heritage’s Youth Engagement Team. Experience inspiring talks from The Aardman Academy, Photoworks, and the Council for British Archaeology, along with films and performances by the National Youth Ballet, The Spit Game, and We Make Culture.

Panel discussions will feature grassroots project insights and diverse voices, including Assemblage Collective and English Heritage’s Young Producers. Participate in interactive workshops and explore Clifford’s Tower. Connect, collaborate, and discover new ways to engage young people in heritage.

We have a full day of talks, workshops, performances and screenings planned and more details will be added to the schedule over the next few weeks.
