On 23rd November, TRIUMPH, supported by the YPF Trust, UK Youth and the NYA will be holding their inaugural ‘Equity-First Leadership Summit’  for youth sector CEOs and Senior Leaders.

Driving anti-racism and racial equity can often feel complex and like we are never getting it right… that changes today.

This event guarantees to create a space where challenges can be shared, vulnerabilities are welcomed and practical solutions are the only outcome we are focused on. As leaders, you know the pressure and expectation often falls on you to make anti-racism and racial equity both active and visible to your stakeholders and in the sector, let’s ensure you can do it and sustain it.

What to expect:

On the day, you will be guided through a proven process to agree how inequities show up and are being upheld in our organisations and sector, then introduced to a 4-step framework for sustaining systematic change. A range of scenario-based games, case studies and prompts from film, tv and other entertainment will be used to bring the learning and action planning to life!

Who is this event for?

  • CEOs of national and regional youth work delivery organisations.
  • Senior leaders from national and regional youth work delivery organisations.
  • CEOs and Senior leaders from infrastructure organisations.
  • CEOs and Senior leaders from youth sector funding organisations.
