This course will explore the importance of empowering young people and supporting them to take a central role in decision-making to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met, enabling them to become active partners in creating safer environments. This course features interactive learning, resources, case studies and quizzes, and aligns with the newly refreshed and updated, NYA Safeguarding Standards, which highlight the importance of empowering young people to take an active role informing safeguarding policies, so we can create environments where their voices are not only heard but are integral to shaping a safer space for all.
