TRIUMPH is an independent, Global Majority-led organisation, governed by youth sector colleagues committed to increasing racial equity. Their mission is to develop anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice across the youth sector through awareness raising, analysis and active facilitation to equip individuals, organisations and institutions to create a more equitable sector.

Louis will share some of TRIUMPH’s current work and bring their experience and perspective into our wider conversation.
