We are inviting you to complete a short survey on youth work services for young people experiencing long term conditions (physical and mental health).

We will use the data provided to map youth work services for young people experiencing long term conditions (physical and mental health) across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The purpose of this mapping exercise is to establish current provision and to develop a sampling frame to identify possible case study sites for the fieldwork stage of the study (scheduled for 2025). This study is funded by the NIHR HSDR programme (NIHR160972).

We are interested in identifying any youth work services supporting young people (YP) who:

  • Are aged 11 to 25 years;
  • Have a long-term physical condition (e.g., diabetes, asthma) AND/OR;
  • Have a long-term mental health condition (e.g., anxiety, depression, self-harm)

If your service meets this description, we would be delighted to hear about your service via our short online survey. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
