Understanding vicarious trauma, aimed at supporting leaders and managers to develop an understanding of vicarious trauma and to establish action plans to mitigate it effects within their individual contexts. A key part of the action plan will be to initiate awareness raising sessions for staff and so participants will be encouraged to promote attendance at either one of the additional sessions in the series to their teams.
There are three dates available for the session:
