Healthier Together is an online resource which provides families, children, and young people across West Yorkshire with consistent and high-quality advice from local health and care professionals. This is an opportunity for both clinical and non-clinical staff who are frequently come into contact with children and families this winter to promote self-management. The webinar will cover how to use the website, what families can access online  and how to promote the website within services. We welcome anyone who has an interest in learning more about signposting children and families.
