As part of this, we’re delighted to share our upcoming Impact and Improvement training programme; a collection of monthly training sessions spanning a range of disciplines to help you get the best out of your work with young people. Through generous support from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, the Impact and Improvement Programme is free to access for organisations and services based in the UK. Formative evaluation (13th September 9.30am-midday) – Formative evaluation refers to the learning aspect of monitoring, evaluation and learning and allows organisations to modify projects along the way in order to improve outcomes and impact. NCFE accreditation available.
An Introduction to monitoring and evaluation in the youth sector (25th September 9.30am-3.30pm) – This day session will equip you with a basic understanding of how to plan and undertake monitoring and evaluation in order to evidence impact. NCFE accreditation available
Developing reflective practice (30th September 9.30am-3.30pm) – this course is designed for practitioners who are new to the idea of reflective practice.
Youth voice in impact evaluations: (13 November 2024 at 9:30am-3:30pm) This day course supports you to understand how to gather evidence from young people and how to tell the story of their experience and journey equitably and ethically.
