Politics in Action has been developing a youth-led approach to evaluation through its Young Evaluators project, training young people to play an active role in evaluating programmes for young people. Participants develop skills in interviews, focus groups, survey design, observation, data analysis and critical thinking, and are now being paid to support evaluations for other organisations. The approach aims to ensure young people’s perspectives are central to evaluation, while creating a more engaging and accessible experience for young people taking part.  Wednesday 23 September, 4 – 5pm
