The results once again show a picture of two halves – but with some clear signs of progress. There’s still a significant gap between individual momentum and organisational readiness: people are exploring AI, but support in the form of governance, training and infrastructure is struggling to keep pace. We’re also seeing evidence of ‘shadow AI’, alongside persistent concerns around data privacy. But there are also real reasons for optimism: individual adoption is growing, organisations are using AI in meaningful ways – and it seems that people are generally feeling more positive about the role of AI in their work.
