In their new report New Strategies for Voter Inclusivity in Great Britain, Sue Clayton and Harry Busz of Goldsmiths, University of London surveyed 1,000 voters outside polling stations and in follow up interviews across five election days between October 2023 and May 2025. They identified six key groups at risk of disenfranchisement, including under 25s, people on low incomes, eligible migrant voters and Disabled voters.
