CAST have added a new entry to the Shared Digital Guides platform, which showcases step-by-step Guides to using digital tools, written by charities, for charities. In the latest Guide, the RSPCA share the steps they took when building a chatbot that enables their staff to easily access internal information. From researching user needs and selecting a supplier, through to testing the chatbot and supporting staff in how to use it, the RSPCA provide a host of general tips and tools, alongside their personal experience of the considerations and decisions involved.
