The Big Future, to talk to a million children, to listen to them. And to find out about what it’s like to be a child today.

I am asking children about the changes they want to see in their communities, their biggest concerns, and their hopes for the future. More than anything, I want to know what they think a good childhood should look like, now and in the future.

The survey can be completed on a wide range of devices (tablets, laptops, smartphones, etc).
• It is open to anyone aged 0-18, or an adult on their behalf if they need help to fill it out.
• It takes 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.
• The survey is open until 23 October 2026, with findings published in February 2027.
• There are questions about voting, school, your area, online safety and space for you to tell us what you think is important
