Led by the Marmalade Trust, Loneliness Awareness Week is all about giving loneliness a voice — helping people talk openly about loneliness and breaking down the stigma that often surrounds it.

For young people, these conversations are especially important. Young people aged 18–24 are more likely to experience loneliness than any other age group, highlighting the importance of creating spaces where they feel connected, supported, and that they belong.
