The Youth Access Quality Framework creates a shared language for hubs, funders, and government to strengthen high-quality support for young people across England. It enables hubs to show their impact, supports continuous improvement, and helps new hubs grow in underserved areas. The Framework was created through a co-design process with young people and hub services, combining research evidence, practice knowledge, and lived experience.
