The National Youth Agency has launched two new resources to help bring the refreshed Youth Work Code of Ethics to life across the sector. Connect and Reflect is a card-based resource for youth workers, volunteers and leaders, designed to support reflective practice, training and team discussions. Colour Your Code is a creative resource that helps young people explore the values that underpin safe, inclusive and empowering youth work through discussion and collaborative artwork. Both resources are free to download and can be used alongside the refreshed Code of Ethics to support meaningful conversations about ethics, participation and professional practice.
